OVERVIEW
The 6th Expert Meeting of Task 42 will be held Tuesday and Wednesday, September 20-21 at the Continuing Education and Conference Center located on University's St. Paul campus. Campus buses run throughout the day and pick up near the Radisson hotel and drop off across from the conference center. Additional information on the agenda and maps will be provided to attendees in advance of the meeting.
The meeting cost will be $160 USD which includes all meals except for dinner on Wednesday evening and lunch on Thursday and the Lab Tours. Tuesday dinner will be held at: The Loring Pasta Bar which is located just off the East Bank Campus - a short (10 min) walk from the hotel.
LAB TOURS
Lab tours start in the Mechanical Engineering building, just a 5 minute walk from the hotel on Thursday morning.
OPTIONAL BASEBALL GAME
Join us at award-winning Target Field and watch the Minnesota Twins take on the Seattle Mariners. Enjoy sampling traditional ball park foods, or sit back and relax at one of the park's restaurants. The cost for this optional event is $26.

Rooms have been reserved for IEA Task 42 Participants at the University Hotel Minneapolis. Single and double occupancy rooms can be reserved at the special rate of $139 + 13.4% tax until August 23, 2011. Since the hotel is in transition, to receive this rate you must call the hotel directly at 800-822-6757 or 612-379-8888 and mention the promotional code / group name "IEA 42" for this rate. Please reserve your room early as the hotel is anticipated to be at capacity at this time.

CANCELATION POLICY
Registered conference participants who cannot attend the conference will be refunded as follows:

Receipt of cancellations through August 23, 2011 are fully refundable, less a $25.00 processing fee.

Receipt of cancellations by September 15, 2011 are 50% refundable, less a $25.00 processing fee

No refunds can be accepted after September 15, 2011

No refund will be given for registrations for social events

All refunds will be made after the Conference and within four months. Any bank charges involved will be charged to the participant.
